Unsolicited Bulk E-mail (UBE) is herein defined as the broadcasting of large quantities of unsolicited Email or postings to news groups through any large quantity delivery system. This definition is independent of how and by whom the Email is actually sent. There is also such thing as search engine spam, comment spam, social networking spam, and all kinds of other spam, which is created, distributed and manufactured with the intent to "pile and dominate" websites with information, links and opinions, which do not relate to the website content or contribute to the immediate dialogues of users. This type of spam will not be tolerated either.
SUW Active Business Social Network allow our Members to Promote their Business through the Messaging System but absolutely NO Bulk emails Allowed and NO reply to All is allowed.

On Members Pages you can leave a Graphic and Nice Comment to help build Friendships & Business Relationships....You may comments about your business and post Links for your Business on Members Pages.......If Members DO NOT want any Advertising on their Page...Please Post a Message in your Text Box in your Page informing same and let the Member who is posting Ads on your Page know that you don't want Advertising on Your Page.Thank You. Our policy on spam is strict and WILL BE enforced for the benefit of all SUW associates. There are many ways to promote your web page without the use of spam. Spamming will only ultimately result in all of our web sites being taken down by our Internet Service Provider. Our No-Spam policy is for the protection of all of our associates. Continuous online operation is essential. Anything less reduces revenues and profits for everyone.

After a complaint and an investigation, if you are found to have spammed, then we will terminate your membership. We will remove your web page and you will be banned from SUW. SUW has the responsibility to determine what violates this policy. If you have any doubts concerning acceptable practices, then it is ESSENTIAL that you contact SUW BEFORE you act. Obviously, the last thing we would ever want to do is to terminate one of our own associates. However, the Internet is at the heart of our business. Consequently we absolutely must protect it for the sake of our associates.

Our No-Spam policies are about being a good corporate citizen in all states. This eliminates the need for discussions about what is, or is not legal, because it is based on treating our prospective customers and representatives the same way we would want to be treated.

If you believe you have been spammed by an Member of SUW, we sincerely apologize. Please send your complaint, along with a copy of the original message to Wendy & Tony. We do not tolerate spamming and we WILL deal strictly with any of our associates who participate in such practice.

However, we also are intolerant of those rare individuals who try to take matters into their own hands and harass or abuse our associates. That hurts innocent people who feel just as strongly about Spam, and is just as much of a violation of proper Internet practice as UCE and UBE. If we get harassed or abused then we will have no choice but to enforce our rights to the fullest extent of the law in our own defense.

Please allow us to sternly and fairly correct the uninformed and to strictly punish the willful violator, as we aggressively enforce our policy.
